# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 2 teaspoons baking powder
03 - 1/8 teaspoon salt
04 - 3/4 cup granulated sugar

→ Wet Ingredients

05 - 1 egg
06 - 1/2 cup milk
07 - 1/3 cup canola oil
08 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Mix-ins

09 - 8 ounces fresh or frozen blueberries

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line muffin tin with paper liners.
02 - Whisk together flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.
03 - In separate bowl, combine oil, milk, egg, and vanilla extract until well mixed.
04 - Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients until batter forms. Gently fold in blueberries.
05 - Divide batter among muffin cups and bake for 15-20 minutes.
