One-Pot Beef and Cheddar Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 small onion, diced
03 - 2 cups beef broth
04 - 1 cup milk
05 - 8 ounces pasta (rotini or penne)
06 - 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
07 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
08 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
09 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil in large pot over medium heat. Cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is softened. Drain excess fat.
02 - Add beef broth, milk, ranch seasoning, and pasta. Bring to boil, reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook 10-12 minutes until pasta is tender.
03 - Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
04 - Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

# Notes:

01 - Can garnish with fresh parsley or green onions
02 - Ground turkey or chicken can substitute for beef
