Bean and Cheese Burritos (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 can (16 ounces) refried beans.
02 - 1/2 cup thick salsa.
03 - 1 small onion, finely chopped.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
06 - 1/4 teaspoon sea salt.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
08 - 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded.
09 - 1/2 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded.
10 - 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch size).

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven to 375°F. Get a baking sheet ready with parchment paper.
02 - Mix beans, salsa, chopped onions and all seasonings in a bowl until smooth. Give it a taste and add more salt if needed.
03 - Mix both types of shredded cheese in a bowl.
04 - Put cheese first on each tortilla, then top with bean mixture. Make sure to use about 1/4 cup cheese and 1/2 cup beans per burrito.
05 - Fold the bottom up, then sides in, and roll up tightly from bottom to top.
06 - Place burritos on your lined baking sheet and cook for 12 minutes until hot and crispy.

# Notes:

01 - You can cook these on a stovetop instead of baking.
02 - Serve with guacamole, sour cream or hot sauce.
03 - You can use any type of melting cheese you prefer.
