BBQ Chicken Potato Skillet (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 chicken breasts
02 - 5 small/medium potatoes
03 - 2 tablespoons butter
04 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic
05 - 1/2 cup BBQ sauce, plus more for topping
06 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Potato Seasoning

07 - Olive oil
08 - Salt
09 - Pepper
10 - Garlic powder
11 - Paprika

→ Chicken Seasoning

12 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
13 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper
14 - 1 teaspoon paprika
15 - 1 teaspoon ranch seasoning
16 - 1 teaspoon onion powder

# Instructions:

01 - Peel and cube potatoes. Toss with olive oil and seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika).
02 - Air fry at 400°F for 20-25 minutes, shaking occasionally until crispy.
03 - Cut chicken into cubes, season with salt, pepper, paprika, ranch seasoning, and onion powder. Cook in buttered skillet over medium-high heat.
04 - Add minced garlic and BBQ sauce to cooked chicken. Add crispy potatoes and stir to combine.
05 - Top with cheese and broil briefly to melt. Drizzle with additional BBQ sauce before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Can roast potatoes in oven if no air fryer
02 - Any BBQ sauce works well
03 - Can melt cheese with lid instead of broiling
