Bang Bang Salmon Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound fresh salmon fillet (center-cut), cut into 1-inch pieces.
02 - 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, plus extra for spraying.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
05 - 1/4 teaspoon smoked or sweet paprika.
06 - 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground pepper.
07 - 2 teaspoons honey (optional).
08 - 1/2 cup real mayonnaise.
09 - 3 tablespoons rice vinegar.
10 - 1 teaspoon hot sauce.
11 - 1 large garlic clove, minced.
12 - 1 tablespoon coconut aminos.
13 - 1.5 tablespoons ketchup.
14 - Green onions and sesame seeds for serving.

# Instructions:

01 - Take your salmon fillet and cut it into bite-sized cubes, about an inch each. Put them in a bowl.
02 - Mix the salt, garlic powder, paprika, and pepper in a small bowl. Sprinkle over salmon along with honey and olive oil. Mix gently with your hands.
03 - Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, hot sauce, minced garlic, coconut aminos, and ketchup in a bowl until smooth. Set aside.
04 - Lightly oil your air fryer basket. Cook salmon at 350°F for 8 minutes, working in batches if needed. For oven method, bake at 400°F for 10-12 minutes.
05 - Let salmon rest for a few seconds before moving. Top with sauce, green onions, and sesame seeds.

01 - For best results, use center-cut salmon fillets or steelhead trout.
02 - Line air fryer with parchment only after preheating to prevent fire hazards.
