Sweet Pull-Apart Banana Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Bread

01 - 3 ripe bananas
02 - ½ tablespoon instant yeast
03 - ⅓ cup (82g) whole milk, warmed to 110°F
04 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
05 - 2¼ cups (286g) bread flour
06 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt

→ Banana Mixture

07 - 2 cups (400g) light brown sugar, packed
08 - 1 cup (227g) unsalted butter, melted
09 - 4 teaspoons cinnamon
10 - 3 ripe bananas, diced into small pieces

# Instructions:

01 - Mash bananas in bowl. Mix in yeast, warm milk, and melted butter. Add flour and salt, combine until sticky dough forms.
02 - Place dough in greased bowl. Let rise 1 hour until doubled.
03 - Divide dough into 20 equal pieces (40g each). Roll into balls.
04 - Mix brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon. Coat dough balls in mixture.
05 - Layer diced bananas and coated dough balls in greased bundt pan. Pour remaining butter mixture on top.
06 - Cover with greased plastic wrap. Let rise 45-60 minutes until doubled.
07 - Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes until internal temperature reaches 190°F. Cool 10 minutes before inverting.
