Homemade Baked Raspberry Donuts (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1½ cups all-purpose flour
02 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
03 - ½ teaspoon baking soda
04 - ¼ teaspoon salt
05 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
06 - ¾ cup sugar
07 - 2 large eggs
08 - ½ cup milk
09 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
10 - ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
11 - 1 cup fresh raspberries (or frozen, thawed)

12 - ½ cup powdered sugar
13 - 2 tablespoons fresh raspberries
14 - 1-2 teaspoons milk (to adjust consistency)
15 - ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan with non-stick spray or lightly butter it.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon (if using).
03 - In a large bowl, whisk the sugar and eggs together until smooth and creamy. Add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract, and whisk until fully combined.
04 - Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mixing just until incorporated. Gently fold in the fresh raspberries.
05 - Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about ¾ full. Bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
06 - Mash raspberries and strain. Whisk together with powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
07 - Once donuts have cooled, dip tops in glaze and let set for about 10 minutes.
