In a large bowl, whisk the sugar and eggs together until smooth and creamy. Add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract, and whisk until fully combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mixing just until incorporated. Gently fold in the fresh raspberries.

Mash raspberries and strain. Whisk together with powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
