01 - Parmesan cheese, grated
02 - Bacon, cooked and crumbled
03 - Garlic powder
04 - Onion powder
05 - Cayenne pepper
06 - Coarse salt (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
02 - In a bowl, mix together Parmesan, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and coarse salt, if using.
03 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
04 - Scoop tablespoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart, and gently flatten into rounds.
05 - Bake for 4-5 minutes or until melted and golden brown on top.
06 - Let the crisps cool completely on the baking sheet before removing.

01 - Adjust salt to taste; it is optional and can be omitted if preferred.
02 - For a jalapeño popper variation, add sliced jalapeños or include cheddar cheese in the mixture.
