01 - 16 ounces white melting chocolate
02 - ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
03 - 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
04 - 2 cups miniature marshmallows
05 - 1 cup mini chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
02 - Melt the white chocolate according to the package instructions.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, mix the melted white chocolate and creamy peanut butter until smooth.
04 - Add the Rice Krispies cereal, mini marshmallows, and ¾ cup of mini chocolate chips to the bowl. Stir well to combine.
05 - Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared cookie sheet. Top each cookie with the remaining mini chocolate chips.
06 - Refrigerate the cookies until set, approximately 20 minutes.
