Preheat air fryer to 400°F.

In a large bowl combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, black beans, sweet corn, tomatoes, taco seasoning, and pico de gallo. Stir until well combined.

Scoop 1 cup of the mixture into the center of a tortilla. Fold in the sides, and, starting at the bottom, bring the shell over the top of the folded sides. Roll and tighten as you go, until secured.

Spray the outside of the burritos with cooking spray.

Place the burritos into the preheated air fryer for 5 minutes (depending on the size of your air fryer, cook in batches if necessary). Flip and spray the opposite side of the burritos with cooking spray. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Remove from air fryer and serve warm with pico de gallo and sour cream.

Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Follow the instructions to fill and wrap each burrito. Place the burritos onto the lined baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until heated through and the tortillas are slightly crispy.
