Air Fryer Pork Belly Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 ½ pounds pork belly, patted dry, cut into 1-inch pieces
02 - 3 tablespoons canola oil
03 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
06 - 1 teaspoon pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
02 - In a large bowl, combine the canola oil, brown sugar, garlic powder, kosher salt, and pepper.
03 - Add the pork belly pieces to the oil mixture, ensuring each piece is evenly coated.
04 - Lay the pork belly pieces in a single layer in the basket of the air fryer. Adjust batches as needed based on air fryer size.
05 - Air fry the pork belly cubes for 18-20 minutes, shaking and flipping them a couple of times during the cooking process. Adjust cooking time based on the size of the pork belly pieces and the air fryer.
06 - Remove the pork belly bites from the air fryer and serve warm.
