Air Fryer Hash Browns (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups grated Yukon potatoes.
02 - 1/4 teaspoon paprika.
03 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
04 - 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt.
05 - 1/8 teaspoon black pepper.
06 - Nonstick cooking spray.
07 - Chopped chives or parsley for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Peel and grate Yukon potatoes using a box grater's large holes.
02 - Rinse grated potatoes in cold water until water runs clear. Drain thoroughly.
03 - Spread potatoes on paper towels and pat dry to remove excess moisture.
04 - In a bowl, mix dried potatoes with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
05 - Spray air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.
06 - Spread seasoned potatoes in air fryer basket, spray lightly with oil. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 8 minutes.
07 - Open basket, stir potatoes gently, breaking up any clumps.
08 - Continue air frying for 6-8 more minutes until hash browns are crispy and golden.
09 - Plate hash browns, garnish with chives or parsley. Serve immediately.

01 - Preheating the air fryer is optional but can be done according to manufacturer's instructions.
