Air Fryer Garlic Chicken Skewers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the chicken

01 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
02 - 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - 1 tablespoon Montreal chicken seasoning
05 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
06 - 1 1/2 teaspoons cajun seasoning
07 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
08 - 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

→ For the baste

09 - 1/2 cup salted butter, very soft
10 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
11 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
12 - 2 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese
13 - 1 teaspoon garlic salt
14 - 1 teaspoon black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Mix together mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, olive oil, Montreal chicken seasoning, garlic powder, cajun seasoning, and smoked paprika in a large bowl until smooth.
02 - Add chicken pieces to the marinade and coat thoroughly. Set aside to rest.
03 - Stir together softened butter, parsley, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, garlic salt, and black pepper in a small bowl until well combined.
04 - Thread marinated chicken pieces onto skewers, ensuring they fit into your air fryer. Trim skewers if necessary.
05 - Preheat air fryer to 400°F and spray with olive oil spray. Add skewers and cook for 8 minutes.
06 - Brush the top side of the skewers with the butter baste, flip them over, and baste the other side.
07 - Continue cooking for another 8 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
08 - Brush skewers with the remaining butter baste and sprinkle with more parmesan cheese before serving.
