Mix together mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, olive oil, Montreal chicken seasoning, garlic powder, cajun seasoning, and smoked paprika in a large bowl until smooth.

Add chicken pieces to the marinade and coat thoroughly. Set aside to rest.

Stir together softened butter, parsley, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, garlic salt, and black pepper in a small bowl until well combined.

Thread marinated chicken pieces onto skewers, ensuring they fit into your air fryer. Trim skewers if necessary.

Preheat air fryer to 400°F and spray with olive oil spray. Add skewers and cook for 8 minutes.

Brush the top side of the skewers with the butter baste, flip them over, and baste the other side.

Continue cooking for another 8 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
