Crush the biscuits by hand or in a bag, leaving chunks for texture.

In a large bowl, combine cocoa powder, condensed milk, regular milk, and melted butter. Mix until smooth.

Add the crushed biscuits into the chocolate mixture and stir until all pieces are coated.

Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Press down to even it out.

Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

Slice and serve cold. Optional: dust with cocoa or drizzle melted chocolate on top.
