Ahmed Alzamel Chocolate Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 packs of tea biscuits (around 400g), crushed into small chunks
02 - 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
03 - 1 can sweetened condensed milk (397g)
04 - 1/2 cup milk
05 - 100g butter, melted

# Instructions:

01 - Crush the biscuits by hand or in a bag, leaving chunks for texture.
02 - In a large bowl, combine cocoa powder, condensed milk, regular milk, and melted butter. Mix until smooth.
03 - Add the crushed biscuits into the chocolate mixture and stir until all pieces are coated.
04 - Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Press down to even it out.
05 - Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
06 - Slice and serve cold. Optional: dust with cocoa or drizzle melted chocolate on top.
