25 Minute Furikake Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1½-2 pounds fresh salmon fillet, sliced into 4 portions
02 - ¼ cup Kewpie mayonnaise
03 - 1 teaspoon shoyu (or soy sauce)
04 - 1 teaspoon prepared wasabi paste (optional)
05 - ¼ cup furikake
06 - Kosher salt and ground black pepper, to taste

→ For Serving (Optional)

07 - Cooked rice
08 - Sautéed cabbage or bok choy
09 - Thinly sliced green onions

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
02 - Season salmon with salt and pepper. Mix mayonnaise, shoyu, and optional wasabi. Spread mixture over salmon and top with furikake.
03 - Bake for 12-14 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
04 - Serve immediately with rice and vegetables, garnished with extra furikake and green onions if desired.

01 - Can be made in air fryer at 380°F for 10-12 minutes
